The Circle Agreement
Welcome to Navig8Biz. By enrolling in any of our programs, accessing our materials, or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
This Circle Agreement ensures mutual clarity, respect, and accountability — the very principles we teach inside every Circle.
Our Programs
Navig8Biz offers three core levels of support within the Her Transformation Ecosystem:
🟠 Navig8 Circle – Group learning and mentorship focused on rhythm, structure, and readiness.
🧡 Her Transformation – A high-touch mentorship and leadership development experience focused on clarity, confidence, and legacy.
🩶 Elevate Consulting – Bespoke advisory and strategic consulting for scaling and succession.
Each program has its own structure, duration, and guarantee outlined below.
Commitment Periods
🟠 Navig8 Circle
Membership requires an initial four-month commitment to allow time for rhythm, structure, and results to take shape.
After this period, membership may continue on a month-to-month basis.
🧡 Her Transformation
Participation in Her Transformation is a six-month program with an active 60-day conditional guarantee (see section 6).
🩶 Elevate Consulting
Engagements are project-based with defined milestones and deliverables agreed upon in the proposal and contract.
Payment Terms
All fees are displayed in the currency noted at the time of purchase (AUD or USD). Payment can be made upfront or via approved instalment plans.
Payments are due on the agreed schedule.
Late payments may result in paused access to content, sessions, or community spaces until the account is current.
All payments are non-transferable between individuals.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, and resources provided by Navig8Biz are owned by Joanne Brooks and Navig8Biz Pty Ltd.
Participants receive a personal, non-transferable licence for use within their own business.
Reproduction, resale, or sharing of materials beyond your organisation is strictly prohibited.
Participation & Responsibility
Your results depend on your engagement.
We provide tools, frameworks, and mentorship — you provide action, reflection, and accountability.
You agree to:
- Participate fully in sessions and activities.
- Maintain confidentiality within group spaces.
- Treat fellow members, mentors, and facilitators with respect.
Transfers, Pauses & Cancellations
Program access may not be paused, transferred, or deferred unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Refunds, Guarantees & Risk Reversal
🟠 Navig8 Circle – Conditional Credit Guarantee
Every transformation takes rhythm — that’s why Navig8 Circle begins with a four-month minimum stay.
If, after actively participating for the full four months, completing the reflection work, and applying the frameworks, you genuinely feel the Circle hasn’t added clarity, structure, or calm to your business, you may request a credit equal to one month’s fee.
This credit can be applied toward another Navig8Biz program within 12 months.
No refunds are offered during the initial four-month commitment period.
🧡 Her Transformation – 60-Day Conditional Guarantee
If, within the first 60 days of your Her Transformation journey, you have:
Attended all mentor sessions available during that period;
Completed your Circle reflections and exercises; and
Engaged fully with the program materials;
…yet you feel no meaningful shift in clarity, confidence, or direction — you may request a partial refund or credit toward another Navig8Biz or Elevate Consulting experience.
Refund eligibility will be determined through a one-on-one alignment review with Joanne Brooks.
This guarantee is designed to protect your investment and the integrity of the transformation process.
🩶 Elevate Consulting – Performance Assurance
Our consulting engagements include agreed deliverables and measurable outcomes.
If, at the mid-project review, you have met your commitments and deliverables have not been met on our side, Navig8Biz will issue a pro-rated credit toward future strategy or leadership engagements.
Refunds are not available for completed project phases, as consulting outcomes depend on collaborative participation.
Confidentiality & Privacy
We protect your confidentiality and expect the same in return.
All personal, business, and financial details shared within sessions or the community remain private and will not be disclosed without consent.
We collect only necessary information to deliver your program, in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and GDPR (for international participants).

While our programs offer strategic and leadership frameworks proven to create results, individual outcomes vary based on implementation, business model, and personal commitment.
We make no financial or performance guarantees beyond those explicitly stated in these terms.
